Setup Guide

1. Charging the Headphones

1. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
2. Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator light will illuminate during charging. It will change color or turn off once fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.

Note: For optimal battery life, fully charge the headphones before first use.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are fully charged and turned off.
2. Press and hold the Power button on the headphones until the LED indicator light flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "SEVIZ 10" from the list of found devices.
5. Once paired, the LED indicator will typically show a solid blue light or flash blue slowly.
6. If prompted for a password, enter "0000".

Note: The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button (often the Power button or a dedicated play/pause button).
• Volume Up: Press the "+" button.
• Volume Down: Press the "-" button.
• Next Track: Press and hold the "+" button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the "-" button.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function button.

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

• To activate ANC, slide the ANC switch (usually located on one earcup) to the "ON" position. The ANC indicator light will illuminate.
• To deactivate ANC, slide the ANC switch to the "OFF" position.
• ANC can be used independently, with or without audio playback, and in wired mode.

Wired Mode

• Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the audio input jack on the headphones.
• Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio output of your device.
• In wired mode, the headphones function as passive headphones. Bluetooth and ANC features may operate differently or be unavailable depending on the headphone's power status.

Troubleshooting

Headphones will not power on.

• Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source using the USB cable.

Cannot pair with a Bluetooth device.

• Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red).
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within 10 meters (33 feet) of the headphones.
• Try turning off and on both the headphones and your device's Bluetooth.
• Clear previous Bluetooth connections on your device and try pairing again.

No sound or low volume.

• Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device.
• Ensure the headphones are properly paired and connected.
• If using wired mode, ensure the 3.5mm audio cable is fully inserted into both the headphones and the audio source.
• Try playing audio from a different source or application.

ANC is not working effectively.

• Ensure the ANC switch is in the "ON" position.
• ANC is most effective at reducing low-frequency, constant noise (e.g., engine hum) and may not completely eliminate all sounds.
