4. Setup and Assembly

For an easier assembly process, separate all parts and hardware before you begin. A visual guide is provided in the video below.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Corner Panels: Insert the wooden dowels (Part P) into the designated slots of Part K and Part L. Connect these two panels together. Secure them tightly using the M4x25 screws.
2. Left Side Support: Assemble the left support frame using Part D, Part F, and Part H. Connect these parts together using the M4x25 screws, starting from the top and working your way down.
3. Right Side Support: Similarly, assemble the right support frame using Part E, Part G, and Part I. Connect these parts together with the M4x25 screws, starting from the top and working your way down.
4. Main Desktop: On a flat surface, attach Part A and Part C together using the wooden dowels (Part P) in the designated slots. Secure them by aligning the four desktop connectors (Part M) with the hardware holes and then using the M6x20 screws to tighten them down.
5. Return Desktop: Take Part B and place it on the right side of the main desktop assembly. Underneath the boards, use the remaining M6x20 screws to connect the pieces together.
6. Desktop Installation: To finish the desktop installation, use the M6x12 screws to secure the desktop assembly to the assembled side supports from underneath. There are three connection points in the middle corner and two on either side of the desk.
7. Shelf Panels: Take the two shelf panels (Part J) and carefully attach them to the side support using the M4x25 screws.
8. Shelf Panel Slates: Align the two shelf panel slates (Part N) on the end of the desktop and use the M6x12 screws to attach them underneath.
9. Securing Shelf: Finally, fasten the shelves securely by applying the remaining M4x25 screws on both sides.
10. Completion: Once all steps are completed, ensure all connections are secure. Your L-shaped desk is now ready for use.
