5. Setup
5.1 Powering the Device
The feeder can be powered by the included AC adapter or by 3 D-size batteries (not included) as a backup. It is recommended to use both for uninterrupted operation in case of power outages.
- AC Adapter: Plug the power adapter into the charging port on the side of the feeder and then into a standard wall outlet.
- Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the feeder and insert 3 D-size batteries, ensuring correct polarity.

5.2 Unlocking the Control Panel
Before making any settings adjustments, the control panel must be unlocked. This prevents accidental changes by pets or children.
- Method 1 (Quick Unlock): Press the "Unlock" button located at the bottom of your feeder.
- Method 2 (Long Press): Simultaneously press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel for a few seconds until the display indicates it's unlocked.
Note: All operations must be done under unlocked state.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Setting Current Time
- Ensure the control panel is unlocked (refer to Section 5.2).
- Press the "Setting" button once. The hour digits on the display will start flashing.
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the "Setting" button again to confirm the hour. The minute digits will start flashing.
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the minute.
- Press the "Setting" button once more to save the current time.
6.2 Setting Meal Times
The feeder allows you to program up to 5 meal times per day.
- Ensure the control panel is unlocked.
- Press the "Setting" button repeatedly until "MEAL 1" appears on the display and the hour digits flash.
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired hour for Meal 1.
- Press "Setting" to confirm the hour, then use "+" and "-" to set the minutes.
- Press "Setting" to confirm Meal 1 time.
- Repeat steps 2-5 for "MEAL 2", "MEAL 3", "MEAL 4", and "MEAL 5" as needed.
- After setting the last desired meal time, press "Setting" to exit the meal time setting mode.
6.3 Recording Voice Message
You can record a personalized voice message (up to 10 seconds) to call your pet at meal times.
- Ensure the control panel is unlocked.
- Press and hold the "Record" button. The MIC indicator light will turn red, and the recording icon will appear on the display.
- Speak clearly into the microphone (located near the MIC indicator) to record your message.
- Release the "Record" button when finished. The MIC indicator light will turn off.
- To play back your recorded message, briefly press the "Record" button.
- To re-record, simply repeat steps 2-5. The new recording will overwrite the previous one.
6.4 Filling the Food Tray
The feeder is suitable for both dry kibble and wet food. Ensure the food is appropriately sized for the compartments.
- Ensure the control panel is unlocked.
- Press the red lock button on the side of the feeder and lift the top cover to open it.
- Fill each of the five compartments with the desired amount of pet food.
- Close the top cover firmly until it clicks into place, ensuring it is securely locked.
Note: The opening for food dispensing is always at the same place. The internal food tray rotates clockwise to present the next meal.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the Feeder
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and proper functioning of the feeder.
- Food Tray: The removable food tray can be washed with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Main Unit: Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit in water, as it contains electronic components.
- Lid: Wipe the lid with a damp cloth.
Caution: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and powering on the feeder.
8. Troubleshooting
