Safety Guide

Device Placement

1. Position the pet feeder on a level surface where it cannot fall or be pulled.
2. This product is intended for indoor household use only. Keep it away from direct sunlight and wet areas.
3. Avoid placing the feeder in temperatures below 0°C.
4. Never insert foreign objects into the pet feeder.
5. Ensure there are no objects on or around the food bowl to prevent pets from eating properly.

Important Safety Information

1. This product is intended for use with cats and small dogs only.
2. Keep small children from playing with, in, or around the pet feeder.
3. The filling in the ice pack is not edible. Do not use if it becomes damaged.
4. Avoid submerging the control board in water, as this may damage electronic components.
5. Do not disassemble the pet feeder, except for its components.
6. Never place or store the appliance in a tub or sink.
7. Prevent the charging port from getting wet. If it becomes wet, ensure it is completely dry before charging.
8. The feeder is compatible only with a 5V/1~2A adapter for charging.
9. Always unplug the feeder when not in use. If the device is stored for over 6 months, ensure it is fully charged.
10. Do not allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts.
11. Use the pet feeder only for its intended purpose, which is feeding pets.

LED Display

The LED display shows the following indicators:

• Lock Indicator: Indicates the lock status of the buttons.
• Time Setting Indicator: Flashes when setting the time.
• Malfunction Indicator: Lights up in case of a malfunction.
• Power Indicator: Shows power status (Off, Full Charged, Flash, Low Battery, On, Charging).
• Time: Displays the current time in HH:MM format.
• Meal Number: Indicates the current meal being set or displayed (1-5).

Buttons and Operation

Set Up the Pet Feeder

Unlock the Panel

Press and hold both the ➖ and ➕ buttons simultaneously to unlock the buttons. The display will change from 'Locked Status' to 'Unlocked Status'.

Set Current Time

1. Press the ⚙️ Set/Save button to enter setting mode; the ⏰ icon will light up and flash.
2. Press the ➖ or ➕ button to set the current hour, then press the ⚙️ Set/Save button to save and proceed to the minutes setting.
3. Press the ➖ or ➕ button to set the minutes, then press the ⚙️ Set/Save button to save. The current time setting is complete.

*Note: This feeder operates on a 12-hour format. If there is inactivity for 20 seconds, the feeder will automatically save and exit the setting.

Set the Meal Times

After setting the current time, the feeder enters the feeding plan setting mode. The '1' icon will flash, indicating readiness for the first meal configuration.

1. Press the ➖ or ➕ button to set the hour, then press the ⚙️ Set/Save button to save and proceed to the minutes setting.
2. Press the ➖ or ➕ button to set the minutes, then press the ⚙️ Set/Save button to save. The first meal time is now set, and the '2' icon will begin flashing.

The feeder supports up to 5 scheduled meals per day. Repeat the steps above to set the rest according to your pet's needs.

*Note: 1. The feeder does not dispense food at 12:00 AM. 2. If your pet doesn't require 5 scheduled meals per day, simply long-press the ⚙️ Set/Save button to exit after setting the minutes for any of the 5 plans. 3. Since it has a memory function, it can repeat your scheduled plans. The feeder only shows one if you duplicate feeding plans; the other(s) will be automatically reset to 12:00 AM. 4. The feeder only displays incomplete feeding plans per day. The meal number icon will disappear once that plan is complete and light up the next day.

Manually Feed Your Pet

While in the unlocked status, press and hold the ➕ button. The feeder will rotate one slot and dispense a meal.

Cancel a Meal

To cancel a meal setting, set the time to "AM 12:00". The feeder will not dispense food at this time.

Clear All Settings

While in the unlocked status, simultaneously press and hold the ➖ and ⚙️ Set/Save buttons until the machine emits a single 'beep', indicating that all meal settings have been cleared.

Charge the Feeder

This feeder does not include a charging adapter. Please use a 5V/1~2A adapter/outlet for charging.

The ⚡ icon flashes when the device is in low charge. The ⚡ icon is on while charging and turns off after being fully charged.

Prepare the Feeder

Remove the Lid

Lay the feeder flat. Use one hand to pull up the ring lock, and with the other hand, lift the top lid from the opposite opening.

Place the Ice Packs

Take out the ice packs and lay them flat in the freezer at a temperature of -18°C. Allow them to freeze for at least 6 hours before using.

Freezing Instructions:

• Place ice packs flat in the freezer to prevent bulging, which can make them difficult to place under the tray.
• The ice packs are effective for 6-8 hours and can keep your cat's wet food cold for up to 24 hours.
• If you plan to be away for longer than 24 hours, arrange for someone to replace the ice packs and refill the wet food.
• The effectiveness of the ice packs in preserving freshness may be influenced by environmental conditions.

Fill up Pet Food

1. Align the food bowl with the control board properly. The food bowl rotates clockwise; fill it with pet food accordingly.
2. Before locking the cover, ensure it is sealed completely.

Food Capacity:

• Wet Food: (0.19lb)
• Dry Food: (0.19lb~0.2lb)

*Note: 1. The opening cannot be programmed with a time. The slot to the right is for the first programmed time. 2. Avoid overfilling the tray to prevent spills that may damage the control board.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The top lid and the food tray are removable and can be washed. The main board is not waterproof and should not be washed as it contains electronic components. Keep it away from water.

Clean the base by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth.

*Note: 1. After feeding fresh or canned food, it is recommended to wash the food bowl daily. 2. The food tray and the top lid are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C. Exposure to high temperatures may cause material deformation.
