Setup Instructions

Transmitter Mode (TX) Setup:

Use Transmitter Mode to wirelessly stream audio from your non-Bluetooth TV, PC, or home stereo system to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

1. Set Mode: Slide the switch on the KN330 to the TX position. The LED indicator will glow red.
2. Connect Power: Plug the KN330 into a USB port on your TV, PC, or a 5V-1Amp (or higher) USB adapter for power.
3. Connect Audio: Connect one end of the included 3.5mm Aux Cable to the KN330's 3.5mm port. Connect the other end to the audio output (headphone jack) of your non-Bluetooth device (e.g., TV, PC).
4. Pairing: Put your Bluetooth headphones or speakers into pairing mode. The KN330 will automatically search for and connect to nearby Bluetooth audio devices.
5. Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the red LED light on the KN330 will remain solid.

Important Note: For TV connections, ensure your TV has an Aux (Headphone) output port. This device does not support RCA or Optical audio ports for input.

Receiver Mode (RX) Setup:

Use Receiver Mode to enable your non-Bluetooth speakers, car stereo, or wired headphones to receive audio wirelessly from your Bluetooth-enabled phone, tablet, or laptop.

1. Set Mode: Slide the switch on the KN330 to the RX position. The LED indicator will glow blue.
2. Connect Power: Plug the KN330 into a USB port on your car stereo, speaker, or a 5V-1Amp (or higher) USB adapter for power.
3. Connect Audio: Connect one end of the included 3.5mm Aux Cable to the KN330's 3.5mm port. Connect the other end to the Aux In port of your non-Bluetooth speaker or car stereo.
4. Select Input: Change the input mode of your speaker/car stereo to AUX or Line In.
5. Pairing: On your mobile device (phone, tablet, laptop), search for Bluetooth devices and select "KN330" to pair.
6. Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the blue LED light on the KN330 will remain solid.

Operating Instructions

Mode Switching:

The KN330 features a convenient slide switch for instant mode changes. Simply slide the switch to the desired mode:

• TX (Transmitter) Mode: Slide the switch to "TX". The LED will turn red.
• RX (Receiver) Mode: Slide the switch to "RX". The LED will turn blue.

This design ensures the device remains in the assigned mode until manually switched, unlike other adapters that may require re-pairing after power cycles.

Pairing with Bluetooth Devices:

For initial pairing or re-pairing in Transmitter Mode:

1. Ensure the KN330 is in TX mode and powered on.
2. Place your Bluetooth headphones or speakers in pairing mode (refer to their respective manuals for instructions).
3. The KN330 will automatically connect to the nearest discoverable Bluetooth audio device.
4. For some headphones, you may need to long-press their On/Off switch for 6-7 seconds until their pairing light flashes rapidly.

For initial pairing or re-pairing in Receiver Mode:

1. Ensure the KN330 is in RX mode and powered on.
2. On your mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for "KN330".
3. Select "KN330" to connect.

Note: Only one device can be paired at a time with the KN330.

• Audio Distortion / Buzzing Sound / Hissing Sound:
  • Solution: Power the KN330 separately using a dedicated 5V-1Amp (or above) USB adapter, and NOT directly from a TV or PC USB port. This often resolves power-related audio interference.
• Device Not Powering On:
  • Ensure the USB power source is active and providing sufficient power (5V-1Amp recommended).
  • Try a different USB port or power adapter.
