The Govee RGBIC LED Strip Lights (Model H6125) offer a vibrant and customizable lighting experience for your home. Featuring advanced RGBIC technology, these lights can display multiple colors simultaneously across different segments of the strip, creating dynamic and personalized lighting effects. Setup Guide

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface where you plan to install the LED strip is clean, dry, and smooth. Use the provided alcohol prep pad to wipe down the area and allow it to dry completely.
2. Attach the LED Strip: Carefully peel off the adhesive backing from the LED strip. Press the strip firmly onto the prepared surface, applying even pressure along its length. For added security, especially on textured surfaces or corners, use the included mounting clips and screws.
3. Connect Power: Connect the LED strip to the control box, and then plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
4. Download Govee Home App: Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
5. Pair with App: Open the Govee Home app, create an account or log in. Tap the '+' icon in the top right corner to add a new device. The app will automatically search for nearby Govee devices. Select 'H6125' from the list to pair. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.

Using the Govee Home App

The Govee Home app provides comprehensive control over your LED strip lights:

• RGBIC Color Effect: Utilize the RGBIC technology to display multiple colors on a single strip simultaneously.
• Segmented App Control: Personalize each of the 15 strip light segments to show a different color. Select your favorite colors from the virtual color palette within the app.
• Smart Color Picking: The app can intelligently recognize colors from your pictures and apply them to your LED strips, offering 9 styles for color capture.
• Music Sync: Activate music mode to synchronize the lights with your audio. Choose from 4 entertaining music modes: Energetic, Rhythm, Spectrum, and Rolling.
• Scene Modes: Explore 64 preset scene modes, including newly-added Chasing and Crossing modes, to amplify the atmosphere for various occasions.
• DIY Mode: Create and save your own custom lighting effects and patterns.
• Timer Function: Set schedules for your lights to automatically turn on/off at specific times.

Using the Control Box

The integrated control box allows for basic operation without the app:

• Power Button: Press to turn the lights on or off.
• Color/Mode Button: Cycle through preset colors and dynamic modes.
• Brightness Buttons: Adjust the brightness level of the lights.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: To clean the LED strip, gently wipe it with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Placement: This product is designed for indoor use only. Avoid exposing it to water or high humidity.
• Uncuttable Design: The Govee RGBIC LED strip lights are designed as a single unit and are not meant to be cut. Cutting the strip may damage the product and void the warranty.

Troubleshooting

• Lights not turning on: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the strip and the wall outlet. Check if the outlet is functioning correctly.
• Cannot connect to Govee Home app: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the device is within 10m (32.8ft) of the lights. Try restarting the app or your phone.
• Lights are flickering or displaying incorrect colors: Unplug the power adapter for a few seconds and then plug it back in to reset the lights. If the issue persists, try re-pairing the device with the app.
• Adhesive not sticking: Ensure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and dry before application. For long-term adhesion, use the provided mounting clips and screws.
