3. Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Device: Carefully remove the Combiball power strip from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage.
- Choose a Location: Place the Combiball on a flat, stable surface indoors. Ensure the location is dry and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. The anti-slip base helps secure the unit.
- Connect to Power: Plug the Combiball's power cable into a standard earthed wall socket (Type F: 2 pins, compatible with Germany and Spain).
- Power On: Locate the On/Off switch on the unit and switch it to the 'ON' position. The unit is now ready for use.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Using Earthed Sockets
Plug your electrical appliances directly into the three earthed sockets. Ensure that the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed the maximum rating of 16 Amps.
4.2 Using USB Charging Ports
Connect your USB charging cables to the three USB ports. These ports provide 2.4 Amps of power, suitable for charging most smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered gadgets.
4.3 Using Wireless Charging
Place your Qi-compatible smartphone directly onto the designated wireless charging pad on top of the Combiball. Ensure the phone is centered on the pad for optimal charging. The phone should indicate that it is charging wirelessly.
4.4 On/Off Switch

Figure 3: The master On/Off switch for controlling power to all outlets and USB ports.
Use the master On/Off switch to control the power supply to all connected devices. Switching it to 'OFF' will cut power to all earthed sockets, USB ports, and the wireless charging pad, preventing unnecessary energy consumption when devices are not in use.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the Combiball from the wall socket before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the power strip in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the power strip and its cable for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or cracked casing. If damage is found, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Power to Devices:
- Ensure the Combiball's On/Off switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Check if the wall socket is functioning correctly by plugging in another device.
- Verify that the Combiball's plug is fully inserted into the wall socket.
- USB Ports Not Charging:
