Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the air fryer.
- Initial Cleaning: Wash the removable basket and crisper tray with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The air fryer is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions
The GoWISE USA Air Fryer features a user-friendly digital touchscreen for easy operation.
General Operation
- Power On: Plug in the air fryer. The display will illuminate.
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at the desired cooking temperature before adding food.
- Loading Food: Pull out the basket by the handle. Place food onto the crisper tray. Do not overfill the basket to allow for proper air circulation.
- Selecting Function: Use the digital touchscreen to select one of the 8 preset cooking functions (Air Fry, Roast, Broil, Dehydrate, Grill, Bake, Reheat, Keep Warm) or manually set the temperature and time.
- Adjusting Settings: Use the temperature and time arrows on the touchscreen to adjust settings as needed. The temperature range is typically 180°F to 400°F. Cooking time can be set up to 60 minutes (24 hours for Dehydrate).
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- Shaking/Flipping: For even cooking, some foods may require shaking or flipping halfway through the cooking process. The air fryer will beep to remind you.
- Removing Food: Once cooking is complete, carefully pull out the basket. Use heat-resistant tongs to remove food.

Using the Dehydrator Function
The dehydrator function allows for extended cooking times up to 24 hours, ideal for making dried fruits, vegetables, or jerky.
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing them thinly and uniformly.
- Place the stackable racks into the air fryer basket. Arrange ingredients on the racks, ensuring even spacing for optimal airflow.
- Select the "Dehydrate" preset on the digital touchscreen.
- Adjust the temperature and time as per your recipe. Dehydrating typically uses lower temperatures (e.g., 120°F - 160°F) for longer durations.
- Monitor the dehydration process periodically.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Basket and Crisper Tray: These components are ceramic-coated and should be hand washed with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials as they can damage the non-stick coating. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Stackable Racks: Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food residue.
