4. Setup & Installation

4.1. Track Assembly

1. Determine the required track length for your window. The system includes various track sections (e.g., 100mm to 1000mm) that can be combined.
2. Insert the electric curtain track into the track connector. Push the tracks head to head tightly.
3. Use the 2.5 Allen wrench to tighten the four bolts on the track connector. When tightening, note the small gap between the tracks to ensure proper alignment.
4. Splice other track sections as needed, ensuring tight connections. The tracks are designed for special splicing, so minor imperfections in connection are normal and do not affect function.

4.2. Belt Installation

1. Insert the trailing end of the belt into the terminal fixed part, then fix the belt trailing end to the track.
2. Straighten out the belt along the tracks.
3. Tension the belt and fix the measuring tool to the other end of the track.
4. Shear the belt in the same position as the measuring tool length. Shear the second belt in the same way.
5. Fix the belt buckle on one end of the belt.
6. Fix the belt which assembled with belt buckle on the runner wheel part.
7. Put the first belt through the tracks.
8. Put the other end (without belt buckle) of the first belt through the subsidiary opening.
9. Fixed the other end of the belt with belt buckle.
10. Fix the belt buckle on runner wheel part, then put runner wheel part through tracks.
11. Fix the center opening and the track tightly.
12. Assemble the accessories of carriers, tighten the screws, finish two sets of the carriers in turn.

4.3. Motor Installation

1. Match the motor with the spigot of the center opening.
2. Turn the motor until you hear a sound lock, indicating it is securely attached.

4.4. Ceiling Bracket Installation

1. Preassemble the ceiling brackets onto the track. The first ceiling bracket should be installed at 12cm from the end.
2. One of the ceiling brackets must be near to the connection point of the tracks.
3. Measure the distance between ceiling brackets to ensure even support.
4. Mark the position of punching on the ceiling according to the measured size.
5. Install the ceiling brackets securely.
6. Insert the tracks into the ceiling brackets. Ensure they are firmly locked in place.
