4. Setup

1. Unpack the EZBASICS Hair Straightener Brush and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Inspect the device for any visible damage. Do not use if damaged.
3. Ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free of tangles before use.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Plug the device into a suitable electrical outlet.
2. Press the power button to turn on the device.
3. Allow 30-60 seconds for the brush to heat up to the default temperature.
4. Select an appropriate heat setting using the up/down buttons. There are 6 settings available, ranging from 275°F to 400°F (135°C to 204.4°C).
5. Divide your dry hair into manageable sections.
6. Slowly brush through each section of hair, moving the device from root to tip to straighten and smooth. For best results, ensure the hair passes through the bristles evenly.
7. After use, press and hold the power button to turn off the device, or allow it to automatically shut off after 20 minutes of inactivity.
8. Unplug the device from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before storing.

• 1st Gear (266°F / 130°C): Suitable for soft and thin hair.

• Device not heating up: Verify that the device is plugged in and turned on. Allow sufficient time (30-60 seconds) for it to reach the set temperature. If the issue persists, ensure the power outlet is functional.
• Hair not straightening effectively: Ensure hair is completely dry. Use smaller sections of hair. Increase the temperature setting if your hair type requires higher heat. Brush slowly and evenly from root to tip.
• Burning smell during use: A slight burning smell is normal during initial uses. If the smell is strong or persistent after prolonged use, discontinue use and contact customer support.
