Troubleshooting Q&A

Q: Why is my phone or email not receiving MMS or GPRS email or why is there a Send Failure error?
A: These features require both the SIM card in your camera and phone to have enough balance to be opened to data exchange. Depending on the service of your network provider, you may need both SIM cards to have texting capabilities and cellular data to activate the camera functions.
Q: Why can't my camera detect network signals?
A: Please make sure that the network service carrier has activated the SIM card. If you are using a nano or micro SIM card, please make sure that it is attached properly with a SIM card adaptor. Re-insert the card back into the camera and try again.
