2. Important Safety Instructions

- This kettle is equipped with boil-dry protection. If the kettle boils dry, it will automatically switch off. Allow the kettle to cool down before refilling with cold water.

4. Setup
Before first use, follow these steps:
- Unpack the kettle and all accessories from the packaging.
- Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable surface.
- Fill the kettle with clean water up to the MAX line.
- Boil the water and then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residue.
5. Operating Instructions
To operate your electric kettle:
- Open the lid using the one-hand pop-up release mechanism.
- Fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX (1.7L) mark. The water level indicator is visible on both sides.
- Close the lid securely.
- Place the kettle firmly on the power base. The 360-degree swivel base allows for easy placement from any angle.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (1850W).
- Press the ON/OFF switch down. The light indicator will illuminate, signifying that the kettle is heating.
- The kettle will automatically switch off once the water has boiled. The light indicator will turn off.
- Carefully lift the kettle from the base and pour the hot water. Be cautious of steam and hot surfaces.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your kettle:
- Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- The kettle can be wiped clean. Do not immerse the kettle or its power base in water or any other liquid.
- To clean the interior and remove limescale, fill the kettle with a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a descaling solution. Boil the mixture and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy scale. Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times.
- The spout filter can be removed for cleaning if necessary. Rinse it under running water and reattach it securely.
