5. Setup

5.1. Charging the Player

Before first use, fully charge the portable DVD player. Use either the provided wall adapter or car charger.

• Connect the power adapter to the DC-IN port on the player and plug it into a wall outlet.
• For car charging, connect the car charger to the DC-IN port and plug it into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.

5.2. Inserting a DVD/CD

1. Gently press the 'OPEN' button or slide the latch to open the disc cover.
2. Place the DVD or CD onto the spindle with the label side facing up. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
3. Close the disc cover firmly until it latches. The player will begin loading the disc automatically.

5.3. Using the Headrest Mount

The included headrest mount allows for easy viewing in a vehicle.

1. Open the DVD player and swivel the screen 180 degrees so it lies flat over the control panel, with the screen facing outwards.
2. Insert the player into the headrest mount holder, securing it with the straps.
3. Attach the mount to the back of a car seat headrest using the adjustable straps.

5.4. Connecting to a TV (AV Out)

To view content on a larger screen, use the provided AV cable.

1. Connect one end of the AV cable to the AV-OUT port on the DVD player.
2. Connect the other end of the AV cable to the corresponding AV-IN (RCA) ports on your television (Yellow for Video, White for Left Audio, Red for Right Audio).
3. Select the correct AV input source on your television.

6.1. Basic Playback

• Power on the device using the OFF/ON switch.
• Insert a DVD/CD as described in Section 5.2. Playback should start automatically.
