4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your portable refrigerator:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Place the refrigerator on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is sufficient space (at least 10 cm) around all sides for proper ventilation. Do not place it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  3. Power Connection:
    • For Home Use (220V AC): Connect the AC power cord to the 220V AC input on the rear panel (refer to Figure 3.3) and then plug it into a standard 220V AC wall outlet.
    • For Vehicle Use (12V DC): Connect the DC power cord to the 12V DC input on the rear panel (refer to Figure 3.3) and then plug it into your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket.
  4. Voltage Compatibility: This appliance operates on 220V AC. If you are in a region with 110V AC power (e.g., USA, Canada), a step-up voltage converter is required for AC operation. The Korean plug type is C or F (EU) with two round pins; a plug adapter may be needed but will not convert voltage.
