5.2. Connect to Wi-Fi

The meross Smart Plug requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. Ensure your router is configured for 2.4GHz or has a dual-band setup. No separate hub or bridge is required.

  1. Plug the meross Smart Plug into a wall socket.
  2. Open the meross app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new device.
