4. Setup and Installation

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Opening the Lid

1. Unlock (if locked): Insert one of the provided keys into the lockable latch mechanism located on the front of the box. Turn the key to the unlocked position.

3. Lift Lid: Gently lift the lid upwards. The high-quality hydraulic rod will assist in opening and holding the lid in an unobstructed open position.

5.2 Closing and Locking the Lid

1. Lower Lid: Gently pull the lid downwards until it rests flush with the box body.
2. Engage Latch: Ensure the flip cover locking latch engages securely with the strike plate on the box. You should hear a click.
3. Lock (optional): To secure your contents, insert the key into the lockable latch and turn it to the locked position. Remove the key.
