2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the appliance to prevent injury or damage. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Ensure the refrigerator is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Allow adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
- Keep children away from the appliance, especially when the door is open.
3. Installation
3.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Remove all packaging materials, including foam and adhesive tape.
- Place the refrigerator in a location with sufficient space for the doors to open fully.
- Ensure the unit is not exposed to direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Allow at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space between the back and sides of the refrigerator and any adjacent walls for proper air circulation.
3.2 Leveling the Appliance
The refrigerator is equipped with adjustable leveling legs. Adjust them to ensure the unit is stable and level. A level appliance operates more efficiently and prevents door alignment issues.
3.3 Initial Power-Up
After placing the refrigerator, wait at least 4 hours before plugging it into a power outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle, preventing potential damage to the cooling system.
