Maintenance
1. Battery Backup
The control panel has an internal battery that provides 6-8 hours of operation during a power outage. Ensure the panel is regularly connected to power to keep the internal battery charged.
2. Sensor Battery Replacement
Wireless sensors are powered by batteries. The system will provide a low voltage indication when a sensor's battery needs replacement. Refer to the individual sensor's manual for specific battery types and replacement procedures.
3. General Care
Keep the control panel and sensors clean and free from dust. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or areas with extreme temperatures or humidity. Do not obstruct the view of PIR motion detectors.
Troubleshooting
- No Wi-Fi Connection:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The system does not support 5 GHz.
- Verify the Wi-Fi password entered in the app is correct.
- Check if the alarm panel is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
