4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

1. Gently twist the bottom part of the trimmer handle counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
2. Insert one AA battery, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align with the indicators inside the compartment.
3. Twist the bottom part of the handle clockwise to securely close the battery compartment.

4.2 Attaching Trimmer Heads

1. Ensure the trimmer is turned off.
2. Align the desired trimmer head (Nose/Ear, Sideburn/Neckline, or Detailer) with the top of the trimmer handle.
3. Gently push down and twist clockwise until the head clicks securely into place.
4. To remove a head, twist counter-clockwise and pull upwards.

5. Operating Instructions

To turn the trimmer on, slide the ON/OFF button located on the handle upwards. To turn off, slide the button downwards.

5.1 Nose and Ear Trimming

• Attach the Nose and Ear Trimmer Head.
• Gently insert the trimmer tip into the nostril or ear canal. Do not insert too deeply.
• Move the trimmer in a circular motion to trim unwanted hair.

5.2 Sideburn and Neckline Trimming

• Attach the Sideburn and Neckline Trimmer Head.
• Hold the trimmer flat against the skin and move it slowly against the direction of hair growth to define sideburns or clean up the neckline.

5.3 Detailing and Mustache Trimming

• Attach the Detailer Head.
• For precise lines and shaping, use the detailer head without the comb.
• For mustache trimming, attach the Mustache Comb to the Detailer Head. Adjust the comb to your desired length setting.
• Move the trimmer against the direction of hair growth for an even trim.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Trimmer Heads

1. Ensure the trimmer is turned off and remove the trimmer head.
2. Use the included cleaning brush to remove any loose hairs from the blades and inside the trimmer head.
3. The trimmer heads can be rinsed under running water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching or storing. Do not rinse the main trimmer body.
4. Periodically, a drop of clipper oil (not included) can be applied to the blades to maintain optimal performance.

6.2 Storage

• Store the trimmer and its attachments in the provided storage pouch when not in use.
• Keep the trimmer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Remove the battery if storing for an extended period to prevent leakage.

7. Troubleshooting

• Trimmer does not turn on:
  • Check if the battery is inserted correctly with the correct polarity.
  • Replace the AA battery with a new one.
• Trimmer pulls hair or cuts poorly:
  • Ensure the trimmer head is clean and free of hair debris.
  • The battery might be low; replace it.
  • Apply a small amount of clipper oil to the blades.
• Trimmer head is loose:
  • Ensure the trimmer head is twisted clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
