2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
Before first use, follow these steps:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooker from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the cooker on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 10-15 cm clearance from walls or other appliances). Do not place it on a metal surface.

- Initial Cleaning: Wipe the ceramic glass surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Operation
- Power On: Press the ON/OFF button. The LED display will illuminate, and the cooker will enter standby mode.
- Place Cookware: Place a suitable pot or pan on the center of the ceramic glass cooking surface. The infrared cooker is compatible with all types of cookware.
- Select Function: Press the Function button to cycle through the available cooking modes (e.g., Steam, Heating, BBQ, Warm, Hot Pot, Stir-Fry) or to adjust power/temperature manually.
- Adjust Settings: Use the Up (+) and Down (-) buttons to adjust the power level or temperature according to your cooking needs. The cooker offers 8 power/temperature levels.
- Power Off: After cooking, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the cooker. The surface will remain hot for a period, indicated by a 'HOT' warning on the display. The internal fan may continue to run until the unit cools down.

5.2 Using the Timer
The programmable timer allows you to set a cooking duration up to 3 hours.
- While the cooker is operating, press the Timer button.
- Use the Up (+) and Down (-) buttons to set the desired cooking time.
- The timer will start counting down. Once the set time expires, the cooker will automatically turn off.
5.3 Child Lock Function
To prevent accidental operation, especially by children:
- Activate Lock: Press the Lock button. The control panel will become unresponsive to other touches.
- Deactivate Lock: Press and hold the Lock button again for a few seconds until the lock indicator disappears.
5.4 Automatic Shut-off
For safety and energy efficiency, the cooker features an automatic shut-off function. If left unattended for a prolonged period or if the timer completes, the unit will power down automatically.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
