Installation Instructions

This section provides a step-by-step guide for installing your ELEGANT Corner Shower Door. For a visual guide, please refer to the installation video below.

Step 1: Wall Profile Installation

1. Position the wall profile (Part S01) vertically on the wall according to your model size. Use a marker to mark the wall with the hole positions on the profile. Ensure holes are not too close to tile edges.
2. Repeat the marking process for the wall profile on the other side.
3. Drill holes at your marked positions using a 6mm (0.2362 inch) drill bit.
4. Insert the wall plugs (Part S18) into the drilled holes with a hammer.
5. Attach the wall profile to the wall using screws (Parts S17, S19). Securely tighten them, then put on the screw covers.
6. Repeat for the other wall profile.

Step 2: Fixed Panel Assembly

1. Secure the rails and glass panels (Parts S03, S05, S06, S11) with screws. Ensure proper alignment, then put on the screw covers.
2. Secure the side profile and glass with screws (Parts S02, S19).
3. Install the limit blocks with screws (Parts S04, S05), then put on the screw cover.
4. Install the water retaining strip (Part S10) along the bottom edge of the fixed panel.
5. Repeat the assembly process for the other fixed panel.

Step 3: Fixed Panel Installation

1. Insert the fixed panel into the wall profile. (We recommend two people for this action to ensure stability and prevent damage).
2. Put on the decorative covers (Parts S22, S23) at the top and bottom corners of the installed fixed panel.

Step 4: Connecting Fixed Panels

1. Insert the other fixed panel into its respective wall profile.
2. Connect the two fixed panels using the rail adapter and screw (Parts S08, S09) at the corner.

Step 5: Moving Panel Assembly

1. Install the wheels (Parts S07, S14, S21) on the moving panels. Ensure they are securely attached, then put on the decorative covers.

Step 6: Moving Panel Installation

1. Firstly, hang the moving panel by the wheels on the top rail.
2. Then press the button to fit the wheels into the bottom rail.
3. Repeat for the other moving panel.

Step 7: Handle Installation

1. Install the handles (Part S16) on the moving panels. Ensure they are firmly attached.

Step 8: Water Retaining Strips Installation

1. Install the magnetic water retaining strips (Part S15) along the vertical edges of the moving panels where they meet.
2. Install the regular water retaining strips (Part S12) along the remaining vertical edges of the fixed panels.

Step 9: Final Securing and Sealing

1. Secure the fixed panels with wall profiles using screws (Parts S05, S17), then put on the decorative covers.
2. Apply silicone sealant to the outside edges of the profiles where they meet the wall and shower base. Allow at least 24 hours for the sealant to dry completely before using the shower.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your ELEGANT shower door.

• Cleaning Glass: Use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or scouring powders that can scratch the glass or damage the finish.
• Cleaning Hardware: Wipe down metal components with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use a mild soap solution. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots and corrosion.
• Roller Maintenance: The quick-release bottom rollers (as shown in image) allow for easy removal and cleaning of the sliding door panels. Regularly clean the rollers and tracks to ensure smooth operation and prevent debris buildup.
• Seal Maintenance: Periodically check the water retaining strips and silicone sealant for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if necessary to prevent leaks.
