  • Check the fuse box with a small tool to see if the fuse is damaged.
  • After starting the vehicle, verify that the B+ and ACC wires are receiving power.
  • If B+ and ACC wires are powered but the radio doesn't turn on, the CAN bus might not be compatible with your car. A different CAN bus may be required.
  • If the wires are not powered, ensure they are connected correctly.

Radio Does Not Turn On After Some Time

  • Check the fuse box for a blown fuse.
  • Inspect for any loose wires.
  • After starting the vehicle, disconnect and reconnect the CAN bus plug to see if the device powers on.
  • Verify that the yellow B+ and red ACC wires are receiving power.
  • If all cables are in order, the CAN bus might be damaged. Contact customer support for a replacement.

  • Check if the two transport screws on top of the unit have been removed. These screws secure the mechanism during transport and must be removed before use.

Cannot Use Navigation

  • Set the card path in the "Navigation" settings.
  • If the device does not recognize the card path, check if the map data is present on the SD card.
  • If map data is present but not recognized, the SD card may be damaged and needs replacement.
