Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Wendry Corded Telephone:
- Connect the Handset: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the designated port on the left side of the telephone base unit. Ensure both connections are secure.
- Connect to Telephone Line: Insert one end of the telephone line cord into the "LINE" port on the back of the telephone base unit. Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into your wall telephone jack.
- Placement: Place the telephone on a flat, stable surface. The phone is designed to operate without external power, drawing power directly from the telephone line.

Operating Instructions
Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call: Lift the handset or press the SPEAKER button. Dial the desired phone number using the keypad.
- To Receive a Call: When the phone rings, lift the handset or press the SPEAKER button.
- To End a Call: Place the handset back on the cradle or press the SPEAKER button again if using hands-free mode.
Hands-Free Speakerphone
The integrated speakerphone allows for hands-free conversations. Press the SPEAKER button to activate or deactivate the speakerphone during a call.

Caller ID
The Caller ID feature displays the incoming caller's number on the screen, helping you identify callers before answering. This function requires subscription to Caller ID service from your telephone service provider.

Mute Function
Press the MUTE button during a call to temporarily turn off your microphone. The other party will not hear you, but you can still hear them. Press MUTE again to resume the conversation.

Pause/Hold Function
If you need to temporarily pause a call, press the HOLD button. The call will be put on hold, and you can resume it by pressing HOLD again or lifting the handset.
Speed Dial
The telephone supports speed dial functionality. Refer to the detailed instructions in the full user manual for programming and using speed dial numbers. This feature allows you to store and quickly dial frequently used numbers.

Last Number Redial
To quickly redial the last number called, lift the handset or press the SPEAKER button, then press the REDIAL button.
Volume Adjustment
Adjust the listening volume during a call using the VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons located on the keypad.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the telephone with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
