5. Charging Instructions

  1. Use a LiPo Charger: Only use a charger specifically designed for Lithium Polymer batteries with a balance charging function.
  2. Connect Battery: Connect the main XT60 plug of the battery to the charger's output port. Then, connect the JST-XH balance lead to the charger's balance port.
  3. Set Parameters: Set the charger to the correct battery type (LiPo), cell count (3S), and charging current. A charge rate of 0.5-1C is suggested for optimal battery health, though the battery is capable of 5C fast charging. For this 1500mAh battery, 1C is 1.5A.
  4. Monitor Charging: Stay present and monitor the battery during the entire charging process. Disconnect immediately if you observe any swelling, smoke, or excessive heat.
