3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

  1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC 5V input port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (DC 5V / 1.0A Max) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Allow the device to charge fully before first use.
  4. A full charge provides up to 5 hours of talk/listening time or up to 8 hours of standby time.

3.2 Initial Power On

Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with a power symbol) located on the top panel of the device until the display illuminates.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting the Time

Refer to the specific buttons on your device for time setting. Typically, a "Time Set" or "Clock" button is pressed, followed by using "+" and "-" buttons to adjust hours and minutes. Press the "Time Set" or "Clock" button again to confirm.

4.2 Bluetooth Mode

  1. Power on the speaker.
  2. Press the "Mode" button until "Bluetooth" or a Bluetooth icon appears on the display. The device will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon or audible prompt.
  3. On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "SPBT029" from the list of devices.

4.3 FM Radio Mode

  3. To auto-scan and save available stations, press and hold the "Play/Pause" button. The speaker will scan frequencies from 88MHz to 108MHz.
  4. Use the "Previous Track" or "Next Track" buttons to navigate through saved stations.
  5. For manual tuning, short press the "Previous Track" or "Next Track" buttons.

4.4 USB / Micro SD Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or a Micro SD card (with pre-loaded audio files) into the respective slot on the speaker.
  2. The speaker should automatically switch to USB or Micro SD mode. If not, press the "Mode" button until the correct mode is selected.
  3. Use the "Play/Pause", "Previous Track", and "Next Track" buttons to control playback.

4.5 Alarm Clock Functionality

  1. Setting Alarms: The device supports two separate alarms. Press the "Alarm 1" or "Alarm 2" button. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired alarm time. Press the "Alarm" button again to confirm.
  2. Alarm Frequency: You can program alarms for Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday, or Monday to Sunday. Consult the device's specific button labels for selecting the alarm frequency.
  3. Alarm Source: Choose between a buzzer, FM radio, or music from a connected USB stick or Micro SD card as your alarm sound. Use the "Alarm Source" button or similar control to cycle through options.
  4. Snooze Function: When the alarm sounds, press the "Snooze" button (if available) to temporarily silence it.
  5. Disabling Alarms: Press the "Alarm 1" or "Alarm 2" button repeatedly until the alarm indicator disappears from the display.

5. Maintenance

  • Keep the device dry. Do not expose it to moisture or extreme temperatures.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
