1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- DO NOT COVER: Never cover the heater. Covering the heater can lead to overheating and fire. The appliance has a warning label indicating this.

2. Product Overview
The Mesko MS7719 is a portable electric fan heater designed to provide quick heating or cooling for various indoor spaces. It features two power settings for heating, a cold air function, and a thermostat for temperature control. Its compact size and lightweight design make it easy to move and position where needed.

3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain the packaging for storage or disposal according to local regulations.
- Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level, and stable surface. Ensure there is at least 1 meter (3 feet) of clear space around the heater from walls, furniture, and other objects to allow for proper airflow and prevent fire hazards.
- Power Connection: Ensure the heater is switched off (mode selector knob set to 'O' or 'OFF'). Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V, 50Hz).
4. Operating Instructions
The Mesko MS7719 heater features two control knobs on its front panel:
- Left Knob: Thermostat control.
- Right Knob: Mode selector (Power/Airflow).
4.1. Mode Selection
Turn the right knob (mode selector) to choose the desired operating mode:
- O (OFF): Turns the heater off.
- Fan Only (Cold Air): Activates the fan without heating, providing a cool airflow. This mode is indicated by a fan icon.
- Heat Setting I (1000W): Provides low-level heating. This mode is indicated by a single wave icon.
- Heat Setting II (2000W): Provides high-level heating. This mode is indicated by a double wave icon.
4.2. Temperature Control (Thermostat)
Once a heating mode (Heat Setting I or II) is selected, use the left knob (thermostat) to set the desired room temperature:
- Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase the desired temperature.
- Turn the thermostat knob counter-clockwise to decrease the desired temperature.
- The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
4.3. Indicator Light
A red indicator light on the front panel illuminates when the heater is operating (fan or heating modes).

5. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will help ensure the longevity and efficient operation of your heater.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the heater from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the plastic housing.
- Air Inlet/Outlet: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to gently remove dust and debris from the air inlet and outlet grilles. Ensure these areas are clear of obstructions.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the heater in its original packaging or a clean, dry place.
- Do Not Immerse: Never immerse the heater or its power cord in water or any other liquid.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Mesko MS7719 heater, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Heater does not turn on:
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Ensure the mode selector knob is set to a heating or fan mode, not 'O' (OFF).
- Verify that the thermostat knob is set to a temperature higher than the current room temperature.
- Check your household's circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Heater turns off unexpectedly (Overheat Protection):
- The heater has an automatic overheat protection system. If it shuts off, unplug it immediately.
- Allow the heater to cool down for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Inspect the air inlet and outlet grilles for any obstructions (dust, lint, objects). Clear any blockages.
- Ensure the heater is placed on a stable surface and has adequate clearance around it.
- Plug the heater back in and restart. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- No heat in heating mode:
- Ensure the mode selector is set to Heat Setting I or II.
- Adjust the thermostat to a higher setting.
