Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your WZRELB 3000W 24V Pure Sine Wave Solar Power Inverter. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use, and keep it for future reference.
The WZRELB 3000W 24V DC to 120V AC pure sine wave inverter provides 3000W continuous power and 6000W peak power, suitable for various home and off-grid applications. It features dual US outlets and comprehensive safety protections.
Safety Precautions
- Do not connect the inverter with grid power. A reverse connection of positive and negative terminals is strictly forbidden.
- Avoid overloading the inverter. For inductive loads (e.g., motors, refrigerators), choose an inverter with a continuous power rating 3-7 times higher than the appliance's wattage. For refrigerators, a 10 times higher power inverter is recommended.
- Power-down sequence: Always turn off the load first, then turn off the inverter.
- Power-up sequence: Turn on the inverter first, then turn on your loads. This allows the soft start function to stabilize the output.
- If a red light flashes, it indicates that the input voltage is slightly high.
- Use only the standard battery cables provided to ensure full output. The built-in fuse is for safety; spare fuses are included in the package.
- The remote controller battery (23A 12V) is not included due to transportation safety regulations. Purchase it locally.

Figure 1: Inductive vs. Resistive Load Reference Guide. This chart illustrates the power requirements for various appliances, differentiating between reliable and unreliable operation based on load type. Note that inductive loads require significantly higher continuous power from the inverter.
Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your WZRELB Pure Sine Wave Inverter.

DC Connection (Battery)
Connect the inverter to your 24-volt battery system. Ensure correct polarity.

Figure 3: DC Connection and Cooling Fans. This image shows the DC input terminals (red for positive, black for negative) for connecting to a 24V battery. The inverter features dual cooling fans for thermal protection, activating when the temperature exceeds 122°F (50°C).
Use the provided battery cables. Connect the red cable to the positive (+) terminal of the inverter and the battery. Connect the black cable to the negative (-) terminal of the inverter and the battery. Ensure all connections are secure.

Figure 4: Detailed Cable Installation. This diagram illustrates the correct assembly for connecting the battery cables to the inverter terminals, including the flat washer, nut, and up washer to ensure a secure and stable connection.
AC Connection (Outlets)
The inverter features dual US type AC outlets for connecting your appliances.

Figure 5: AC Connection Panel. This image displays the inverter's front panel, featuring dual US AC outlets (15A Max), an input voltage display (24.0V shown), an output voltage display (120V shown), and a switch. A separate terminal block is provided for high-power appliances (25A Max), with connections for Live (L), Ground (GND), and Neutral (N).
For standard appliances, plug them directly into the dual US outlets. For high-power appliances, use the dedicated terminal block (L, GND, N) with appropriate wiring, ensuring a maximum of 25A.
Ensure the inverter is properly grounded. The grounding screw is located on the side of the unit.
Operating Instructions
To operate your WZRELB Pure Sine Wave Inverter:
- Ensure all DC connections to the battery are secure and correct.
- Turn on the inverter using the main power switch. Wait a few seconds for the soft start function to complete and the output voltage to stabilize.
- Connect your AC appliances to the inverter's outlets or terminal block.
- Turn on your appliances.
- To power down, first turn off all connected appliances, then turn off the inverter.
Wireless Remote Control
The inverter includes a wireless remote controller for convenient operation.

Figure 6: Wireless Remote Switch. This image shows the wireless remote control unit. It operates within 100 feet indoors (with walls and doors) and up to 150 feet in open areas. A 23A 12V alkaline battery is required and not included.
The remote can control the inverter from up to 100 feet indoors and 150 feet in open areas. Insert a 23A 12V alkaline battery (not included) into the remote before use.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Keep the inverter clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry cloth for cleaning.
- Ventilation: Ensure the cooling fans and vents are not obstructed to allow proper airflow. The intelligent cooling fan activates when the internal temperature exceeds 67°C (152.6°F) to prolong battery life and maintain stable operation.
- Connections: Periodically check all electrical connections (DC input, AC output, grounding) to ensure they are tight and free from corrosion.
- Storage: If storing the inverter for an extended period, disconnect it from the battery and store it in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Inverter does not turn on. | No DC input power; loose battery connections; low battery voltage. | Check battery connections and voltage. Ensure battery is charged. |
| No AC output. | Overload protection activated; short circuit; inverter fault. | Reduce load. Check for short circuits in appliances. Turn off and restart inverter. |
| Red light flashing. | Input voltage is slightly high. | Monitor input voltage. Ensure it is within the specified range (21V-30V). |
| Low Voltage Alarm (19.5V-21.5V). | Battery voltage is low. | Recharge or replace the battery. |
| Low Voltage Shut Down (18.5V-20.5V). | Battery voltage is critically low. | Recharge or replace the battery immediately. |
| Overload Shut Down. | Connected load exceeds inverter's capacity. | Disconnect some loads. Manually restart the inverter. Refer to load guide (Figure 1). |
| Over Voltage Shut Down (30.5V). | Input voltage is too high. | Check battery charging system. Ensure input voltage is within 21V-30V. |
| Cooling fan not running. | Normal operation (temperature below threshold); fan fault. | Fan runs only when temperature exceeds 67°C. If inverter is hot and fan is off, contact support. |
