Important Safeguards

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
- Wash: Wash all containers, lids, and blade assemblies in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. The containers and lids are also dishwasher safe (top rack only).
- Placement: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly.
- Assembly:
- For Total Crushing Pitcher: Place the pitcher onto the motor base, aligning the handle slightly to the right of the "NINJA" logo. Rotate the pitcher clockwise until it clicks into place. Insert the Total Crushing Blade Assembly onto the drive gear inside the pitcher. Add ingredients. Secure the lid by aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the pitcher handle, then press down firmly until it clicks.
- For Food Processor Bowl: Place the food processor bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle slightly to the right of the "NINJA" logo. Rotate the bowl clockwise until it clicks into place. Insert the desired blade assembly (Chopping or Dough) or the Reversible Slicing/Shredding Disc onto the drive gear. Add ingredients. Secure the lid by aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the bowl handle, then press down firmly until it clicks.
- For Single-Serve Cup: Fill the single-serve cup with ingredients. Screw the Pro Extractor Blades Assembly onto the open end of the cup until a tight seal is achieved. Invert the cup and place it onto the motor base, twisting clockwise until it locks into place.
- Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The Smart Screen will illuminate.
Operating the Smart Screen Kitchen System
The Smart Screen automatically detects the attached container and displays relevant programs. Select a program or manual speed based on your desired results.
Smart Programs (Auto-iQ)
These pre-set programs combine unique pulsing, blending, and pausing patterns to deliver consistent results. Simply select the program and let the system do the work.

- SMOOTHIE: Ideal for blending fresh or frozen fruits and liquids into smooth, drinkable creations.
- ICE CREAM: Transforms frozen fruit into creamy, scoopable ice cream or sorbet.
- FROZEN DRINK: Crushes ice and frozen ingredients for perfect frozen cocktails and mocktails.
- PUREE: Creates smooth sauces, soups, and dips from cooked ingredients.
- CHOP: Evenly chops ingredients like vegetables, nuts, and herbs in the food processor bowl.
Manual Speeds
- LOW: For mixing and stirring ingredients.
- HIGH: For continuous blending and processing.
- PULSE: For controlled chopping and processing. Press and hold for short bursts.
Using the Total Crushing Pitcher
The Total Crushing Pitcher is designed for powerful blending, crushing ice, and making large batches of smoothies and frozen drinks.
- Assemble the pitcher and blade assembly onto the motor base as described in the Setup section.
- Add ingredients, ensuring not to exceed the MAX LIQUID fill line.
- Secure the lid.
- Select a Smart Program (e.g., SMOOTHIE, FROZEN DRINK) or use manual speeds (LOW, HIGH, PULSE).
- When blending is complete, wait for the blades to stop completely before removing the lid and pouring.

Using the Food Processor Bowl
The Food Processor Bowl is ideal for chopping, mixing dough, and slicing/shredding ingredients.
- Assemble the food processor bowl and desired blade/disc onto the motor base as described in the Setup section.
- Add ingredients. For chopping, add ingredients in small, uniform pieces. For slicing/shredding, use the feed chute with the pusher.
- Secure the lid.
- Select the CHOP Smart Program or use the PULSE function for controlled processing. For slicing/shredding, use the HIGH speed.
- When processing is complete, wait for the blades to stop completely before removing the lid.

Using the Single-Serve Cup (Extractor)
The Single-Serve Cup with Pro Extractor Blades is perfect for making individual smoothies and nutrient extractions.
- Fill the single-serve cup with ingredients and attach the Pro Extractor Blades Assembly as described in the Setup section.
- Invert the cup onto the motor base and twist to lock.
- Select the SMOOTHIE Smart Program or use manual speeds (HIGH, PULSE).
- When blending is complete, remove the cup by twisting counter-clockwise and lifting. Replace the blade assembly with the spout lid for on-the-go convenience.

Care and Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the motor base before cleaning.
- Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Containers, Lids, and Blade Assemblies: All parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only). Alternatively, wash in warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive cleaning brush. Exercise extreme caution when handling blade assemblies as the blades are very sharp.
- Self-Cleaning (for Pitcher/Bowl): Fill the container with warm water up to the MAX LIQUID line and add 1-2 drops of dish soap. Secure the lid. Run the SMOOTHIE program or PULSE for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
Storage
Store the appliance upright with the blade assemblies inside their respective containers and the lids securely fastened. Do not stack items on top of the containers.
Troubleshooting
