2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Installation Instructions
Before installation, ensure the desired mounting surface is clean, dry, and free from debris. Choose a location that provides adequate space for the light fixture and its power cord.
Mounting Methods:

- Option 1: Screw Mounting (for permanent installation on solid surfaces)
- Position the mounting bracket on the desired surface.
- Mark the screw hole locations.
- Drill pilot holes if necessary.
- Secure the mounting bracket using the provided screws.
- Attach the track lighting unit to the secured bracket.
- Option 2: Magnetic Mounting (for temporary or non-damaging installation)
- Clean the mounting surface thoroughly.
- Apply the double-sided adhesive tape to the back of the metal mounting plate.
- Press the metal mounting plate firmly onto the desired surface for 5 seconds.
- Allow the adhesive to set for a recommended period (e.g., 24 hours) before attaching the light unit.
- The track lighting unit has built-in magnets that will adhere to the metal plate.
- Power Connection:
- Connect the AC adapter to the DC 5V power port on the track lighting unit.
- Plug the AC adapter into a standard 100-240V AC wall outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
The HONWELL H1830 LED Track Lighting System can be operated using the integrated ON/OFF switch or the included remote control.

- ON/OFF Switch: Press the physical ON/OFF switch on the lighting unit once to turn the lights ON. Press it again to turn the lights OFF.
Remote Control Operation:
The remote control allows for convenient adjustment of brightness and setting timers from a distance of up to 20 feet.
- ON Button: Turns the lights ON.
- OFF Button: Turns the lights OFF.
- Dimmer Buttons:
- 50% / 100%: Directly sets brightness to 50% or 100%.
- + / -: Increases or decreases brightness incrementally.
- Timer Buttons: Sets an automatic shut-off timer.
- 15 / 30 / 60 / 120 minutes: Selects the desired duration after which the lights will turn off automatically.
Note: If power to the unit is cut (e.g., by a wall switch), the unit will not automatically return to its previous state when power is restored. You will need to manually turn it on using the unit's switch or the remote control.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the light fixture. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Bulb Replacement: The LED bulbs in this unit are integrated and not user-replaceable. The product has a lifespan of approximately 30,000 hours.
- Remote Control Battery: If the remote control's range decreases or it stops responding, replace its battery (type not specified, typically CR2025 or similar coin cell).
