4. Operating Instructions

Prepare your fruits and vegetables and follow these steps for optimal juicing.

4.1 Fruit and Vegetable Preparation

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • For fruits and vegetables with large seeds or hard pits (e.g., peaches, cherries, mangoes), remove them before juicing.
  • The 3-inch wide feed chute can accommodate whole fruits like small apples or oranges. For larger items, cut them into pieces that fit comfortably into the chute.
  • Peel citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits) to avoid bitterness from the rind.

4.2 Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged in.
  2. Turn the control dial to the desired speed setting:
    • "1" (Low Speed, 12000-15000 RPM): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as peeled oranges, tomatoes, strawberries, grapes, and melons.
    • "2" (High Speed, 15000-18000 RPM): Suitable for hard fruits and vegetables like carrots, celery, beets, kale, ginger, and apples.
Choosing the correct speed helps maximize juice extraction.
  3. With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared fruits or vegetables into the feed chute.
  4. Use the food pusher to gently guide the produce down the chute. Do not force the food pusher, as this can affect juice quality and potentially damage the motor.
  5. The juice will flow into the juice pitcher, and the pulp will collect in the pulp container.
  6. Once juicing is complete, turn the control dial to "0" (Stop) and unplug the appliance.

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer.

  2. Disassemble all removable parts: food pusher, lid, filter basket, juicer cover, pulp container, and juice pitcher.
  3. Rinse all removable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
  4. Use the provided cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the stainless steel filter basket. Pay special attention to the mesh to remove all pulp residue.
  5. All detachable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).
  6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
  7. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer.
