3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the speaker's built-in rechargeable battery. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC 5V port on the speaker and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

3.2 Powering On/Off

To power on the speaker, locate the power switch on the control panel and slide it to the 'ON' position. To power off, slide the switch to the 'OFF' position.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Bluetooth Connection

  1. Power on the speaker. The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED.
  2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "BT-18BK" from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone, and the LED indicator will stop flashing.
  5. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

4.2 USB and Micro SD Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or a Micro SD card (with pre-loaded audio files) into the respective port on the control panel.
  2. The speaker will automatically switch to USB or Micro SD mode and begin playing audio. If not, press the 'MODE' button to select the correct input.
  3. Use the track control buttons (Previous/Next) and the volume knob to manage playback.

4.3 FM Radio Operation

  1. Press the 'MODE' button repeatedly until 'FM' mode is selected.
  2. Press and hold the 'Play/Pause' button to initiate an automatic scan for FM stations. The speaker will save detected stations.
  3. Use the 'Previous/Next' track buttons to navigate between saved FM stations.

4.4 Microphone Usage and Recording

  1. Connect the microphone to the 'MIC1' or 'MIC2' input port.
  2. Adjust the microphone volume using the dedicated control if available, or the main volume knob.
  3. To record, ensure a USB drive or Micro SD card is inserted. Press the 'REC' button to start recording. Press 'REC' again to stop. Recordings will be saved to the inserted storage device.

4.5 Equalizer (EQ) Function

Press the 'EQ' button on the control panel or remote control to cycle through various preset equalizer modes, adjusting the audio output to suit different music genres or preferences.

4.6 LED Light Control

The speaker features integrated RGB LED lights. Use the dedicated light control button (often integrated with the 'MODE' button or a separate button on the remote) to turn the lights on/off or change their mode.

4.7 Auxiliary Input (AUX)

Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, computer) to the 'AUX' input port using the provided 3.5mm auxiliary cable. Press the 'MODE' button to select 'AUX' input. Audio will then play from the connected device.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents. Avoid exposing the speaker to excessive moisture.

5.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If the speaker will not be used for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
