Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the inner pot, steam basket, steam basket stand, and measuring cup with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the multicooker with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Assemble:
- Place the inner pot (6) into the appliance base (11). Ensure it sits correctly and is level.
- Attach the condensate container (13) to the back of the unit.
- Ensure the sealing ring (4) is properly seated inside the lid (3).
- Close the lid (12) by aligning it with the base and rotating the handle until it locks securely.
- Initial Test Run (Water Test): It is recommended to perform a water test before cooking food.
- Add 2-3 cups of water to the inner pot (6).
- Close and lock the lid (12). Ensure the steam valve (1) is in the sealing position.
- Plug in the multicooker.
- Select a pressure cooking program (e.g., "Pressure Cook") and set a short time (e.g., 5 minutes).
- Press "Start" (22). The unit will preheat and build pressure.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally or use the quick release method (refer to Operating Instructions).
- Once pressure is fully released, open the lid and discard the water.

Control Panel (10)

General Cooking Steps
- Prepare Ingredients: Measure and prepare your ingredients according to your recipe.
- Add Ingredients: Place the inner pot (6) into the appliance base (11). Add your ingredients to the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Close Lid: Place the lid (12) onto the multicooker and rotate the handle clockwise until it locks securely. Ensure the steam valve (1) is in the sealing position for pressure cooking.
- Select Program: Plug in the appliance. Use the rotary button (21) to select your desired cooking program from the icons (19) on the control panel (10).
- Adjust Settings: Once a program is selected, use the rotary button (21) to adjust cooking time, temperature, or pressure level if applicable. Press the rotary button to confirm.
- Start Cooking: Press the "Start/Stop" button (22) to begin the cooking process. The display (18) will show the cooking status.
- Pressure Release (for Pressure Cooking):
- Natural Release: Allow the multicooker to cool down naturally. The pressure will gradually decrease, and the float valve will drop. This is ideal for foamy foods or large cuts of meat.
- Quick Release: Carefully turn the steam release handle to the "Venting" position. Steam will rapidly escape. Keep hands and face away from the steam. Only use for foods that are not foamy.
- Open Lid: Once the float valve has dropped and all pressure is released, rotate the lid handle counter-clockwise and lift the lid. Always open the lid away from your face to avoid residual steam.
Additional Functions
- Keep Warm Function: After most cooking programs, the multicooker automatically switches to a "Keep Warm" mode for up to 6 hours. This can also be manually selected.
- Delay Start Timer: You can program the multicooker to start cooking at a later time, up to 12 hours in advance. This is useful for preparing meals ahead of time.
Cleaning and Maintenance
