4. Setup

1. Air Supply Connection:
   • Ensure your air compressor is capable of providing the recommended working pressure of 6.3 bar (90 psi) and an air consumption of 84 l/min (1.4 l/sec).
   • Connect a suitable air hose (recommended diameter: 10mm) to the air connection inlet (internal thread 12.91 mm / 1/4 inch) on the polisher.
   • Attach the included coupling plug (Nominal Diameter 7.2) to your air hose.
   • Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.
2. Sanding Disc Attachment:
   • Ensure the air supply is disconnected before attaching any accessories.
   • The polisher uses a 50 mm sanding disc with a 5/16 inch UNF thread.
   • Carefully screw the sanding disc onto the polisher's spindle until it is hand-tight. Do not overtighten.

1. Preparation:
   • Ensure the workpiece is clean and securely positioned.
   • Select the appropriate polishing compound or abrasive for your application.
2. Starting the Polisher:
   • Connect the air supply.

   • The exhaust air is directed through the handle, away from the work surface.
4. Stopping the Polisher:
   • Release the trigger.
   • Disconnect the air supply when finished or when leaving the tool unattended.
