1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the padlock using the provided Micro USB cable. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour and provides up to 6 months or 9000 unlocks of usage.

Maintenance

Charging

  • Ensure the waterproof stopper for the charging port is securely closed after charging to maintain IP67 water resistance.

Cleaning

  • Wipe the padlock body and fingerprint sensor with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Water Resistance

  • The padlock is IP67 rated, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, prolonged exposure to water or harsh conditions should be avoided to maximize product lifespan.

Troubleshooting

  • Padlock does not unlock: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try different angles or another registered finger. If the battery is low (red LED flashes), charge the padlock.
  • Cannot register fingerprint: Ensure you are following the registration steps correctly, especially using an administrator finger to authorize new registrations. Make sure your finger is clean and dry.
  • Padlock is unresponsive: The battery might be completely drained. Connect it to a power source for charging.
