5. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps for the initial setup of your InnoGear Essential Oil Diffuser:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Before first use, gently clean the water tank and lid with a soft cloth.
- Place: Position the diffuser on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and electronic devices. Ensure proper ventilation around the unit.
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the top cover. Fill the water tank with clean tap water or distilled water up to the maximum water line indicated inside the tank. Do not exceed the MAX line.
- Add Essential Oils: Add 3-5 drops of your preferred natural essential oil directly into the water tank. Adjust the number of drops based on desired scent intensity.
- Replace Cover: Securely place the top cover back onto the diffuser. Ensure it is properly aligned.

6. Operating Instructions
The InnoGear Essential Oil Diffuser features two control buttons: LIGHT and MIST.
6.1. Mist Control
Press the MIST button to cycle through misting modes:
- First Press: Activates Continuous Mist mode (3-4 hours operation).
- Second Press: Activates Intermittent Mist mode (6-8 hours operation, mists for 30 seconds, pauses for 30 seconds).
- Third Press: Turns off the mist function.
6.2. Light Control
Press the LIGHT button to control the LED ambient light:
- First Press: Turns on the light with rotating colors. The diffuser will cycle through 7 different colors.
- Subsequent Presses: Freezes the light on the current color. Each press will cycle to the next fixed color.
- Long Press (2 seconds): Turns off the light function.
Note: The mist and light functions can be operated independently or simultaneously.
7. Maintenance and Care
Regular cleaning and proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your diffuser and ensure optimal performance.
- Daily Maintenance:
- After each use, unplug the diffuser and remove the cover.
- Pour out any remaining water from the DRAIN SIDE of the water tank. Avoid pouring water into the air outlet.
- Wipe the inside of the water tank and the ultrasonic atomizing chip with a clean, soft cloth or cotton swab.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before next use or storage.
- Weekly Cleaning (or every 5-6 uses):
- Unplug the diffuser.
- Add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to the water tank.
- Fill the tank with water up to the MAX line.
- Run the diffuser in continuous mist mode for 15-20 minutes to help remove mineral buildup.
- Drain the water and wipe the tank clean with a soft cloth.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any vinegar residue.
- Important Notes:
- Do not use corrosive detergents or solvents to clean the diffuser.
- Do not immerse the diffuser base in water.
- Use only natural essential oils. Synthetic oils may damage the unit.
- Keep the diffuser dry when not in use for extended periods.
