4. Installation (Setup)

Follow these steps for proper installation. It is recommended to turn off the main water supply before beginning.

1. Prepare the Sink: Ensure your sink has either a single hole or three holes (for which the deck plate will be used). The pre-drilled hole size should be 1.26" to 1.5" (32mm to 38mm).
2. Mount the Faucet: Place the faucet onto the sink hole(s). If using a 3-hole sink, position the deck plate first. Secure the faucet from underneath the sink using the O-ring, washer, and lock nut with the threaded rod.
3. Connect Water Supply Hoses: Attach the provided 0.5m Tucai water supply hoses to the faucet. The hoses are typically marked (red for hot, blue for cold) for correct connection to your hot and cold water lines. Tighten connections securely but do not overtighten.
4. Install Pop-up Drain: Install the matching pop-up drain into the sink. Ensure a watertight seal using plumber's putty or silicone sealant as needed.
5. Test for Leaks: Once all connections are made, slowly turn on the main water supply and check for any leaks.

5. Operation

Operating your WOWOW Single Handle Bathroom Faucet is straightforward:

• Water Flow and Temperature Control: The single lever handle controls both water flow and temperature. Lift the handle to turn on the water and increase flow. Move the handle left for hot water and right for cold water.
• Pop-up Drain: The included pop-up drain is operated by pressing down on the stopper to close it and pressing again to open it.

6. Maintenance

To keep your faucet in excellent condition:

• Cleaning: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the matte black finish.
• Aerator Cleaning: If water flow decreases or becomes irregular, the aerator may be clogged. Use the included aerator removal tool to unscrew the aerator. Rinse it under running water to remove any debris. Reinstall the aerator securely.

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common solutions:

• Low Water Flow: Check if the aerator is clogged. Clean it as described in the Maintenance section. Also, ensure that the water supply valves under the sink are fully open.
• Leaks from Faucet Spout: A dripping spout usually indicates an issue with the ceramic valve. Contact customer support for assistance.
• Leaks from Connections: Ensure all water supply hose connections are tightened properly. If leaks persist, check the washers and seals.
