1. Introduction

The IOGEAR Access Pro 2-Port USB-C KVM Switch (GUD3C04) is designed to provide seamless control over two USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 enabled devices from a single set of peripherals. This device allows users to share one 4K monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, and other USB 3.1 peripherals between two computers, tablets, or smartphones. It supports Power Delivery up to 75W for one port and 10W for the second, facilitating efficient charging while maintaining a streamlined workspace. The plug-and-play design ensures easy setup without the need for additional software or drivers.

5. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your IOGEAR Access Pro 2-Port USB-C KVM Switch:

  1. Connect Monitor: Connect your 4K monitor to the HDMI Out port on the KVM switch using an HDMI cable.
  2. Connect Peripherals: Plug your USB keyboard, mouse, and other USB 3.1 peripherals into the USB 3.1 Ports on the front panel of the KVM switch.
  3. Connect Remote Switch: Plug the 6-foot wired remote push-button switch into the Remote Port Selector Port on the rear panel.
  4. Connect Device 1: Use one of the provided USB-C cables to connect your primary device (PC, laptop, tablet) to the PC 1 USB-C Input & Power Delivery port on the KVM switch.
  5. Connect Device 2: Use the second provided USB-C cable to connect your secondary device to the PC 2 USB-C Input port on the KVM switch.
  6. Optional Power: If additional power is needed for charging or high-power USB devices, connect an optional USB-C power adapter (sold separately) to the USB-C DC Power In port.

6. Operation

Once all connections are made and devices are powered on, the KVM switch is ready for use.
