It labels the Classic Jet Tip for general cleaning, the Tongue Cleaner for removing bacteria buildup, the Orthodontic Tip for removing food debris in braces, the Dental Plaque Tip for removing plaque and food debris in hard-to-reach areas, and the Periodontal Tip for rinsing and massaging deep below the gumline.

  • 3 x Standard Jet Tips: Suitable for daily dental cleaning, offering effective plaque removal and gum massage to promote blood circulation and strengthen teeth.
  • 1 x Orthodontic Tip: Designed for daily dental care for individuals with braces, orthodontic appliances, or implants. It helps clean around brackets and wires, massaging gums and promoting gum health.
  • 1 x Plaque Brush Tip: Ideal for cleaning implants, dentures, bridges, and crowns. Its novel design effectively removes plaque from hard-to-reach areas.
  • 1 x Periodontal Pocket Tip: Specifically for cleaning periodontal pockets. This fine nozzle delivers a pulsed water column 6-7mm deep into the gumline, cleaning harmful substances with low pressure and massaging gums comfortably.
  • 1 x Tongue Cleaner: Used for cleaning the tongue, removing bad breath, and clearing tongue waste. Its circular arc design conforms to the tongue's shape, and pulsed water helps clean food residue for fresh breath.

Setup

  1. Ensure Safety: Before attaching or detaching any nozzle, ensure your TUREWELL oral irrigator is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
  2. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle for your specific oral care need.
  3. Attach Nozzle: Firmly insert the desired nozzle into the opening on the irrigator handle. Push down until you hear a click, indicating it is securely locked in place.
  4. Remove Nozzle: To remove a nozzle, press the nozzle release button (if applicable on your irrigator model) and gently pull the nozzle straight out from the handle.

Operating Instructions

  1. Fill Reservoir: Fill the water flosser reservoir with lukewarm water. You may add a small amount of mouthwash if desired.
  2. Insert Nozzle: Attach the chosen nozzle as described in the Setup section.
  3. Position Nozzle: Lean over a sink. Place the nozzle tip into your mouth, aiming it at your gumline at a 90-degree angle. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to flow into the sink.
  4. Start Flossing: Turn on the water flosser. Start with the lowest pressure setting and gradually increase it to a comfortable level.
  5. Guide Water Jet: Guide the water jet along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Ensure you clean both the front and back surfaces of your teeth.
  6. Tongue Cleaning (if applicable): If using the tongue cleaner, set the pressure to low. Place the cleaner on the back of your tongue and move it forward, cleaning the entire surface.
  7. Finish: Turn off the water flosser when finished. Remove the nozzle and rinse it.

Maintenance

  • Rinsing: After each use, remove the nozzle and rinse it thoroughly under running water to remove any debris or residue.
  • Cleaning: Periodically, clean the nozzles with a mild soap solution and rinse them thoroughly with clean water.
  • Replacement Schedule:
    • Standard Jet Tips and Tongue Cleaner: Replace every six months.
    • Orthodontic Tip, Plaque Brush Tip, and Periodontal Pocket Tip: Replace every three months.
  • Storage: Store nozzles in a clean, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

  • Nozzle Does Not Fit: Ensure you are using TUREWELL replacement nozzles specifically designed for your irrigator model (FC165, FC168, FC169, FC166, FC163, FC162, FC188, FC288). These nozzles are not compatible with cordless water flossers.
  • Low Water Pressure: Check the water level in your irrigator's reservoir. Ensure the nozzle is securely attached to the handle and that there are no blockages in the nozzle tip.
  • Water Leakage: Verify that the nozzle is fully inserted and clicked into place. Check for any visible damage to the nozzle or the irrigator handle's connection point.
