Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your NETVIP Bluetooth Speakerphone, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the device. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or strong chemicals, as they may damage the surface or internal components.

If the device will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storing and recharge it every few months. Avoid exposing the device to high heat, as this can degrade battery performance over time.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your speakerphone, please refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not turn on / No sound | Low battery; Power button not pressed correctly; Device malfunction. | Charge the device fully. Press and hold the power button firmly for several seconds. If the issue persists after charging, contact support. |
| Cannot pair with phone | Bluetooth not enabled on phone; Device not in pairing mode; Interference. | Ensure Bluetooth is on and visible on your phone. Put the speakerphone into pairing mode. Move closer to the device and away from other wireless devices. Try restarting both devices. |
| Poor sound quality / Echo / Noise | Phone too close to speaker; Environmental noise; Weak Bluetooth connection. | Keep your phone a reasonable distance from the speakerphone (e.g., not directly on top of it). Ensure you are in a quieter environment. Check Bluetooth connection stability. |
