Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the cooktop on a dry, stable, and level surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit. Do not place it near heat sources or flammable materials.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the specifications of the appliance.
- Cookware: Use only induction-compatible cookware. This typically includes cast iron, enameled iron, or stainless steel with a magnetic bottom.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Place induction-compatible cookware containing food or liquid on the center of the ceramic plate. Press the power button (often indicated by an 'I' symbol) to turn on the cooktop.
- Mode Selection: The control panel features various cooking modes. Select your desired mode:
- Manual: For general cooking, allowing manual adjustment of power/temperature.
- Milk Tea: Optimized setting for preparing milk tea.
- Curry: Optimized setting for cooking curries.
- Fry: Optimized setting for frying.
- Adjusting Power/Temperature: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the power level or temperature setting as needed.
- Power Off: After cooking, press the power button to turn off the cooktop. The fan may continue to run for a short period to cool down the internal components.
Maintenance and Cleaning

- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the cooktop from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely.
- Ceramic Plate: Wipe the ceramic surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive ceramic cooktop cleaner. Dry thoroughly.
- Control Panel: Wipe the control panel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
- Ventilation Openings: Ensure the ventilation openings are free from dust and debris. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to gently clear them.
- Storage: Store the cooktop in a dry place when not in use.
