2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• The product has a maximum weight capacity of up to 350 lbs. Do not exceed this limit.
• Use the reclining feature and retractable footrest with care. Ensure stability before fully reclining.

3. Setup and Assembly

General assembly overview:

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the included manual.
2. Attach the caster wheels to the chair base.
3. Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center of the chair base.
4. Assemble the seat and backrest components.
5. Attach the armrests to the seat.
6. Connect the assembled seat and backrest to the gas lift cylinder.
7. Install the head pillow and lumbar support pillow.

4. Operating Instructions

The Dowinx Gaming Chair offers multiple adjustment options for personalized comfort.

4.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height, pull the lever located under the seat upwards. While seated, lift your weight off the seat to raise the chair, or remain seated to lower it. Release the lever to lock the height.

4.2. Reclining Function

The backrest can recline from 90° to 165°. Pull the recline lever on the side of the chair upwards and lean back to your desired angle. Release the lever to lock the backrest in place.

4.3. Rocking Function

The chair features a 20° controllable rocking function. Use the tension knob under the seat to adjust the resistance of the rocking motion. Pull the tilt lock lever (often combined with the height adjustment lever) outwards to enable rocking, and push it inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.

4.4. Retractable Footrest

To extend the footrest, pull it out from under the seat. To retract, push it back in until it is fully stored.

4.5. Lumbar Support and Head Pillow

The chair includes an adjustable lumbar support pillow and a head pillow. These can be repositioned along the backrest straps to provide optimal support for your spine and neck.

4.6. Massage Function

The lumbar pillow includes a massage function. Connect the USB cable from the pillow to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, power bank, wall adapter) to activate the massage feature.

• Backrest or Armrests Feel Loose: Inspect the connection points of the backrest and armrests to the seat. Tighten any loose bolts. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
