Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

  1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the headphone earcup.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
  3. The LED indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
  4. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

2. Power On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator lights up.
  • To power off, press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "PowerLocus RM" (or similar name) from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will show a solid blue light or flash blue slowly.

Operating Instructions

1. Wireless Mode (Bluetooth)

  • After successful pairing, you can stream audio wirelessly from your device.
  • Use the volume/track buttons on the earcup to adjust volume or skip tracks.
  • The built-in microphone allows for hands-free calls.

2. Wired Mode (AUX)

If the battery is depleted or for devices without Bluetooth, use the included 3.5mm audio cable.

  1. Plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX port on the headphone earcup.
  2. Plug the other end into your audio device's 3.5mm audio jack.
  3. In wired mode, the headphone's power and Bluetooth functions are disabled.

3. Micro SD/TF Card Mode

For standalone music playback, insert a Micro SD/TF card (up to 32GB) with MP3 files into the designated slot on the earcup.

  • The headphones will automatically switch to Micro SD mode and begin playing music.
  • Use the track control buttons to navigate through your music.

4. LED Lights Control

The LED lights on the cat ears and earcups can be toggled on or off.

  • Press the LED light button (usually marked 'M' or a light icon) to cycle through light modes or turn them off.

5. Safe Volume Limit

These headphones feature an 85dB volume limit to protect children's hearing, ensuring a safe listening level even at maximum volume.

6. Making and Receiving Calls

When connected via Bluetooth, the built-in microphone allows for hands-free calls.

  • Press the Play/Pause button to answer or end a call.
  • Press and hold the Play/Pause button to reject an incoming call.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headphones. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the headphones and store them in the provided protective carry case to prevent damage. Avoid storing in extreme temperatures or humid environments.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headphones frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use.

Troubleshooting

No sound in wired modeEnsure the 3.5mm audio cable is fully inserted into both the headphones and the audio device. Check device volume.
