  • Attach the adjustable hose to the mist outlet on the top of the water tank.
  • Route the hose into your terrarium, using the provided suction cups to secure it in place.
  • Ensure the hose is positioned to direct mist effectively without creating puddles.

Caution: Do not bend the hose in a U-shape, as this can cause water to accumulate, overflow, and potentially flow back into the base unit, leading to leaks or malfunction.

6. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Unit does not turn on.Power switch is off; no power; water tank empty.Ensure the power switch on the back is ON. Check power connection. Refill water tank if the red indicator light is on.
No mist or low mist output.Water tank empty; mist output knob set too low; mineral buildup on atomizer; hose blockage.Refill water tank. Adjust mist output knob to a higher setting. Clean the ultrasonic atomizer. Check hose for kinks or blockages.
Water accumulation or leaks.Improper hose routing (U-shape); hose not dried after use; tank not seated correctly.Ensure hose is routed straight or downwards, avoiding U-bends. Dry the hose after each use. Verify the water tank is securely snapped onto the base.
Mist escaping from top of unit.Lid not sealed properly to the mist tube.Ensure the water tank and its lid are correctly aligned and securely seated on the base, allowing mist to flow only through the hose.
Hose spits water occasionally.Condensation buildup in the hose. This can occur due to condensation. Position the hose over an area that can tolerate occasional moisture. Regularly dry the hose.
