3. Setup

Charging the Power Bank:

Before initial use, fully charge your Thecoopidea STACK power bank. Use either the Micro-USB or Type-C port for input.

  • Using Micro-USB: Connect the provided Micro-USB cable to the power bank's Micro-USB input port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included).
  • Using Type-C (PD): Connect a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included) to the power bank's Type-C port and the other end to a PD-compatible USB-C power adapter (not included). This method offers faster charging for the power bank.

The LED indicators will illuminate to show the charging status. Once all LEDs are solid, the power bank is fully charged.

4. Operating Instructions

Charging Devices via Cable:

  • USB-A Output (QC3.0): Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port on the power bank.
  • Type-C Output (PD): Connect your device's USB-C charging cable to the Type-C port on the power bank. This port supports Power Delivery for compatible devices.

Press the power button once to initiate charging. The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level.

Charging Devices Wirelessly:

The power bank supports 10W wireless charging for compatible devices.

  1. Press the power button once to activate the wireless charging function.
  2. Place your wireless charging-compatible device (e.g., smartphone) directly onto the wireless charging pad on the power bank. Ensure the device is centered on the pad for optimal charging.
  3. The device should indicate that it is charging.

Remove your device from the charging pad once fully charged or when you wish to stop charging.

Checking Battery Level:

Press the power button once. The LED indicators will light up to show the current battery level:

  • 4 LEDs: 75-100%
  • 3 LEDs: 50-75%
  • 2 LEDs: 25-50%
  • 1 LED: 0-25% (Recharge soon)

  • Power bank not charging:

  • Device not charging from power bank:
    • Press the power button on the power bank to activate output.

  • Wireless charging not working:
