- Unscrew the cap from the end of the plugger tool.
- Carefully insert new tire plugs into the storage chamber.
- Replace the cap securely.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Repairing a Tubeless Tire Puncture
- Locate the Puncture: Spin the wheel slowly and look for sealant bubbling or listen for escaping air. Mark the puncture location if necessary.
- Prepare the Plugger: Remove the Pro Plugger tool from its mount. Ensure a plug is ready at the tip.
- Insert the Plug: Firmly push the plugger tool directly into the puncture hole. The plug should be fully inserted into the tire, with only a small portion visible outside.
- Remove the Tool: With a quick, firm pull, withdraw the plugger tool from the tire. The plug should remain in place, sealing the puncture.
- Inspect and Inflate: Check that the plug is sealing the hole. Inflate the tire using the CO2 inflator (see 5.2) or a pump to the desired pressure. Trim any excess plug material if it interferes with riding.

5.2 Using the CO2 Inflator
The CO2 inflator provides rapid tire inflation after a repair or for general top-ups.
- Attach Cartridge: Screw the threaded 25g CO2 cartridge firmly into the CO2 inflator head until it punctures and seals. Do not overtighten.
- Attach to Valve: Press the inflator head firmly onto your tire's Presta valve. Ensure a secure connection to prevent gas leakage.
- Inflate: Depending on the inflator head design, either press a button, twist a dial, or simply push down to release CO2 into the tire. Inflate to your desired pressure.
- Remove: Once inflated, quickly remove the inflator head from the valve. The CO2 cartridge will be very cold; handle with care.
5.3 Using the Integrated Presta Valve Core Tool
The Pro Plugger tool features an integrated Presta valve core remover, useful for adding sealant or replacing valve cores.
- Locate the threaded end of the Presta valve core tool on the plugger.
- Unscrew the valve cap from your Presta valve.
- Thread the valve core tool onto the valve core and turn counter-clockwise to loosen and remove the core.
- To reinstall, thread the core back into the valve and tighten with the tool. Do not overtighten.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the Pro Plugger tool and CO2 inflator with a damp cloth after use to remove dirt or sealant residue. Ensure the plug storage area is clean before reloading.
- Plug Storage: Keep spare tire plugs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their integrity.
- CO2 Cartridges: Store unused CO2 cartridges in a cool, dry place. Do not store punctured cartridges.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the tool for any damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
7. Troubleshooting
- Plug Not Sealing:
- Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the puncture.
- The puncture might be too large for a single plug; try inserting a second plug.
- Ensure sufficient sealant is present in the tire.
- CO2 Leaking During Inflation:
- Ensure the CO2 cartridge is fully and correctly screwed into the inflator head.
- Ensure the inflator head is pressed firmly and squarely onto the valve stem.
- Check the valve stem for damage or a loose valve core.
- Plugger Tool Difficult to Insert:
- Ensure the puncture hole is clear of debris.
- Apply slight rotational pressure while inserting.
