4. Setup
4.1 Initial Setup and Time Adjustment
Upon first use, or after a battery replacement, you may need to set the time and date. The watch features both analog hands and a digital display. Refer to the buttons on the watch for navigation and setting:
- MODE Button (Left-Bottom): Cycles through different modes (Time, Alarm, Stopwatch).
- LIGHT Button (Left-Top): Activates the LED backlight.
- START Button (Right-Top): Used to start/stop functions in certain modes (e.g., stopwatch) or adjust settings.
- RESET Button (Right-Bottom): Used to reset functions or confirm settings.
To set the digital time and date:
- Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed (usually indicated by flashing digits).
- Use the START button to adjust the flashing digit (hours, minutes, date, month, day of week).
- Use the RESET button to move to the next setting item.
- Once all settings are adjusted, press the MODE button to exit the setting mode.
To synchronize analog hands with digital time, pull out the crown (usually on the right side, between START and RESET buttons) and rotate to set the analog time. Push the crown back in to resume timekeeping.

5. Operating Modes
5.1 Time Mode
This is the default display mode, showing the current time, day of the week, and date. You can switch between 12-hour and 24-hour (military) time formats by pressing the START button in time mode.
5.2 Alarm Mode
From Time Mode, press the MODE button once to enter Alarm Mode. Use the START and RESET buttons to set the alarm time. Press MODE again to return to Time Mode. The alarm will sound at the set time daily until deactivated.
5.3 Stopwatch Mode
From Alarm Mode, press the MODE button again to enter Stopwatch Mode. Press START to begin timing, press START again to pause, and RESET to clear the stopwatch. Press MODE to exit.
5.4 LED Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (top-left) to illuminate the digital display for easy viewing in low-light conditions. The analog hands also feature a luminous coating for visibility.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Water Resistance
The watch is water resistant up to 30 meters (98 feet). This means it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water, such as during hand washing or swimming. IMPORTANT: Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water. Avoid exposure to hot water, as this can compromise the water seals.

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your watch, regularly clean the strap and case with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the watch's finish or components.
