3. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the kettle and its power base from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
- Power Connection: Plug the 3-prong plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions

- Fill the Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN (600ml) and MAX (2000ml) markings. Do not overfill or underfill.
- Place on Base: Position the kettle securely onto the power base.
- Turn On: Press the On/Off switch located on the handle downwards. The blue LED indicator will illuminate, signifying that the kettle is heating.
- Boiling Process: The kettle will rapidly heat the water. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, the kettle will automatically shut off, and the LED indicator will turn off.
- Pouring: Carefully lift the kettle from the power base using the cool-touch handle. Pour the hot water slowly and steadily using the stable flow spout to avoid spills.
- Re-boiling: If you need to re-boil water, wait a few moments for the internal thermostat to reset, then press the On/Off switch again.
Safety Note: The automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection features are designed for your safety. Do not attempt to override them.
5. Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning will extend the life of your kettle and ensure optimal performance.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the kettle from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Interior Cleaning: The wide opening design makes the interior easy to clean. Hand wash the interior with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly.
- Descaling: Mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle over time, especially in hard water areas. To descale:
- Fill the kettle with a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar, or use a commercial descaling solution according to its instructions.
- Let the solution soak for at least 30 minutes, or boil it if the buildup is severe.
- Discard the solution and rinse the kettle thoroughly several times with fresh water to remove any vinegar odor or residue.
- Storage: When not in use, store the kettle in a dry place. You can wrap the power cord around the base for neat storage.
Warning: Never immerse the kettle body or the power base in water or any other liquid.
