Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device.
- Open the battery cover.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery cover securely.
2. Thermocouple Connection
The TC0521 supports K, J, E, T, N, R, S type thermocouples. Ensure the correct type is selected in the device settings for accurate readings.

- Identify the four input channels (T1, T2, T3, T4) at the top of the thermometer.

- Gently push the connectors firmly into the ports until they are seated.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To power on, press the green power button.
- To power off, press and hold the green power button until the display turns off. The device features an adjustable auto power-off timer.
Changing Temperature Units (°C/°F)
- Press the '°C/°F' button to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.
Data Hold Function
- Press the 'HOLD' button to freeze the current readings on the display.
- Press 'HOLD' again to release and resume live readings.
Min/Max/Avg Readings
- Press the 'MIN MAX AVG' button to cycle through minimum, maximum, and average temperature readings for each channel since the last reset.
- To reset these values, press and hold the 'MIN MAX AVG' button.
Data Logging
The TC0521 can store up to 32,000 data logger records per channel. Data can be logged internally or via PC/mobile app.

- Internal Data Logging: Press the 'REC' button to start recording data. Press 'REC' again to stop. The device will store readings at a preset interval.

- Mobile App: Download the PerfectPrime app for iOS or Android. Connect wirelessly to the device for monitoring and data transfer.
- Recall Function: Press the 'RECALL' button to view previously logged data directly on the device.
Temperature Alarm Function
