3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Tiakia Bike Phone Mount:
- Attach the Handlebar Clamp: Open the handlebar clamp and place it around your desired handlebar location. Use the provided PVC sleeves if your handlebar diameter is smaller than 33mm (suitable for 22-33mm handlebars). Securely tighten the stainless steel screws with the Allen wrench.
- Adjust Mount Angle: Loosen the adjustment bolt on the mount to position the phone holder at your preferred angle. Tighten the bolt firmly once adjusted.
- Insert Phone: Hold the left and right ends of the telescopic arm and gently pull them apart. Place your smartphone into the holder.
- Secure Phone: Once the phone is in place, release the telescopic arms to clamp the phone. Then, firmly tighten the locking screw on the back of the phone holder to prevent accidental release.
- Apply Silicone Band (Optional but Recommended): For additional security, stretch the silicone security band around all four corners of your smartphone.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Attaching and Detaching Your Phone
- To Attach: Hold the telescopic arms open, place your phone into the holder, and then release the arms. Ensure the phone is centered and then tighten the locking screw on the back.
- To Detach: Loosen the locking screw on the back by about a half turn (do not loosen completely to avoid loss). The telescopic arms will then allow you to remove your phone.
4.2. Adjusting Viewing Angle
The mount features a 360° rotating mechanism. Simply loosen the adjustment bolt slightly, rotate your phone to the desired horizontal or vertical viewing angle, and then re-tighten the bolt to secure the position.

5. Maintenance

6. Troubleshooting
- Phone feels loose: Ensure the locking screw on the back of the holder is fully tightened. Verify that the silicone security band is properly applied around all four corners of your phone.
- Mount slides on handlebar: Check that the handlebar clamp screws are tightened securely. If the handlebar is too thin, ensure the correct PVC sleeves are used to provide a snug fit.
- Difficulty rotating the phone: Loosen the adjustment bolt slightly, rotate the phone, and then re-tighten the bolt. Do not force rotation without loosening the bolt.
- Mount interferes with bike controls: Adjust the position of the mount on the handlebar to ensure it does not obstruct braking, shifting, or other controls. Test full turning radius before riding.
