APONUO Solar LED Spotlights 4-in-1 Outdoor Landscape Lighting User Manual

Model: spot light02

Product Overview

The APONUO 4-in-1 Solar LED Spotlights are designed for outdoor landscape illumination. This system includes four 2W 12V garden lights connected to a detachable 5W solar panel. Each spotlight features three bright LED lamp beads, providing enhanced brightness with a warm white (3000K) color temperature. The lights offer two brightness levels and are powered by a 4000mAh lithium battery, ensuring extended operation.

During the day, the solar panel converts sunlight into electrical energy, which is stored in the integrated batteries. The lights automatically activate at night and turn off at dawn, offering 100% energy efficiency. With a full charge, they can operate for 8 to 12 hours. Constructed from cast aluminum with a textured black finish, these spotlights offer excellent stability and durability. They are IP65 waterproof, making them resistant to rain and snow.

The solar panel and individual lights can be installed either in the ground using stakes or mounted on a wall with the provided screws. Each light comes with a 3-meter cable, and the lamp head can be freely adjusted up to 270 degrees to meet various lighting requirements.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your APONUO Solar LED Spotlights:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Ensure you have the solar panel, four spotlights, ground stakes, and mounting screws.
  2. Remove Protective Film: Locate the transparent protective film on the solar panel and gently peel it off. This ensures optimal sunlight absorption and charging efficiency.
  3. Choose Installation Location: Select a location for the solar panel that receives direct sunlight for at least 8 hours a day. The spotlights can be placed in desired areas, keeping in mind the 3-meter cable length from the solar panel.
  4. Install Solar Panel:
    • Ground Installation: Attach the ground stake to the solar panel unit. Insert the stake firmly into the ground in your chosen sunny location.
    • Wall Installation: Use the provided screws to mount the solar panel securely to a wall or fence. Ensure it is positioned to maximize sun exposure.
  5. Install Spotlights:
    • Ground Installation: Attach the ground stakes to each spotlight. Gently push the stakes into the ground where you want the lights to illuminate. Caution: If the ground is too hard, do not force or hammer the stake. Soften the soil with water first to prevent damage.
    • Wall Installation: Use the provided screws to mount the spotlights to a wall or other vertical surface.
  6. Connect Spotlights to Solar Panel: Connect the cables from each spotlight to the corresponding ports on the solar panel. Ensure connections are secure.
  7. Adjust Lamp Heads: Adjust the lamp heads of the spotlights up to 270 degrees to direct the light as desired.

Operating Instructions

The APONUO Solar LED Spotlights are designed for simple, automatic operation:

  1. Power On: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the solar panel unit. Ensure the switch is in the "ON" position. The lights will not charge or operate if the switch is OFF.
  2. Automatic Operation: Once switched ON, the solar panel will automatically absorb sunlight and convert it into electrical energy during the day, charging the internal battery. At dusk, the lights will automatically turn on. At dawn, they will automatically turn off to conserve power and begin recharging.
  3. Brightness Modes: The spotlights feature two brightness levels. Refer to the specific controls on your unit (usually a button near the ON/OFF switch or on the light itself) to cycle between high and low brightness modes.
    • High Brightness Mode: Provides maximum illumination for approximately 8 hours on a full charge.
    • Low Brightness Mode: Offers longer illumination, up to 12 hours, on a full charge.

Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your APONUO Solar LED Spotlights, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Clean Solar Panel: Regularly wipe the surface of the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, leaves, or snow. A clean panel ensures maximum sunlight absorption and efficient charging.
  • Inspect Connections: Periodically check all cable connections between the solar panel and the spotlights to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion or damage.
  • Clear Obstructions: Ensure that no trees, bushes, or other objects are shading the solar panel, especially during peak sunlight hours.
  • Battery Care: While the internal lithium battery is designed for durability, prolonged periods of low charge or extreme temperatures can affect its lifespan. Ensure the unit receives adequate sunlight for charging.
  • Waterproof Integrity: Although rated IP65 waterproof, avoid submerging the units in water. Ensure all caps and seals are properly closed after any adjustments.
